Bare-bones Prototype-UI Carousel Demo

After locating the handy prototype/scriptaculous-driven carousel in the prototype-ui library, I noticed a distinct absence of a simple demo on the prototype-ui site. The demo available on the homepage simply has too much cruft around it to see clearly how the library is supposed to work.

So I made this page, to get it working in a clean environment, and I figured I'd share it with anyone else who needed it. The easiest way to figure out what's going on is to view the source of this page.
